The role as a IT Support Specialist is for you who enjoy helping other people. Your main task is to assist (SEB) bank employees in resolving their daily IT issues. Your main tools are phone, remote desktop control and Knowledge management database. Responsibilities for this role include troubleshooting hardware and software, managing accounts and passwords and registration of tickets.
Functions and responsibilities:
-take full ownership of incidents from the escalation moment to resolution
-ensure all outgoing internal/external communication to be constant, professional to the customer, stakeholders, management
-to be able to deliver feedback to colleagues in SEB IT
-build strong relationships with other IT support teams
-proactive Problem management process within IT Support area, analysing incidents raised in the Service Desk.
