About the Role:
Working closely with the software development and application support teams, the Application Support Analyst will provide user technical support and incident management, as well as troubleshooting and resolving backend database issues. This position requires specialist skills in SQL, Excel and (ideally) experience using Yardi or other property management software.
* Provide client support and resolve technical incidents (root cause analysis, remediation, resolution and reporting).
* Assist with the development and delivery of training related to Yardi and/or other applications and business processes.
* Develop functional specifications for Yardi custom reports and applications, and changes to application functionality.
* Prepare and understand client metric and status reports through systems schema, ETLs and SQL reports.
* Overlay Yardi application functionality to business processes.
