Analyzing and identifying the requirements for open positions;
Sourcing and screening candidates from database;
Attracting potential candidates by first contact;
Interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications;
Constant monitor and analysis of the recruitment process during all stages;
Constant communication with managers, developers and other project stakeholders.
