This is an exciting and varied role for a Training Partner based in Vilnius to join the European Talent Development team which is managed from Dublin. Availability to travel to other Citco offices (e.g Amsterdam and Luxembourg) to facilitate training is required. Responsibilities include all stages of the training cycle, needs assessment, design and development of training solutions, facilitation, evaluation and building relationships with stakeholders.
Job Duties in Brief:
Develop best practice training materials aligned to learning objectives to support the transfer of learning.
Facilitate technical product/system training at all levels and facilitate soft-skills training at individual contributor level.
Recognise and act upon opportunities to utilise technology to provide training solutions.
Report on training activity and evaluation results and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Represent Talent Development in meetings and on project teams to promote and support a learning and development culture within Citco.
Manage training projects and a training facilitation schedule according to business priorities and agreed objectives.

Degree qualified, ideally in Accounting, Corporate law, Financial Services or a related subject.
A minimum of three years experience working in a senior or manager role.
Ability to develop strategic business relationships and subject matter expert networks.
Training qualification and/or experience required.
Very good English language (written and spoken) skills.
