Summary of Qualifications The main responsibility of the Billing / Accounting Specialist is daily processing of APAC region customer invoices and addressing billing related issues in a timely fashion. Fostering effective working relationships with external customers, as well as internal partners including Accounts Payable and Operations, is the key to timely, complete and accurate invoicing. The Billing / Accounting Specialist strives to meet and exceed all billing targets, which are aligned with Revel Systems’ objectives for DSO and Cash Flow. He / She is also going to help with other accounting tasks. Responsibilities: - Answer customer questions via tickets and phone calls  - Preparation of customer invoicing in the billing system - Reconcile billing data - Account reconciliations - Review and follow up on customer unbilled data - Work closely with functional management, Accounts Payable and Operations to identify and resolve billing issues - Address invalid invoice submissions to third parties and ensure timely resolution to minimize collection issues - Provide support to collections staff to address unpaid invoices due to billing disputes - Reach out to customers and collect payments on overdue bills  - Manage overdue accounts  - Maintain client billing profiles - Adhere to safety policies and procedures - Other tasks as per Accounting department needs, such as: - Processing vendor invoices - Month end close procedures - General ledger accounts reconciliations, - And etc. Competencies - Motivated individual that works well independently and in a team setting  - Attention to detail - Analytical skills - Strong communication skills - Associates Degree/Education in Finance, Economics or similar or equivalent experience - 1 + years of related billing or account experience - Experience with NetSuite, Zendesk, Salesforce, Intermediate Excel skills - Proficient written/spoken English language is a must - Ability to work early morning shifts from 5 am.
