    As an Analyst in Financial and Operational Performance Management team you will be a part of the Transformation and Improvement department within AML Customer Service Delivery, very much focusing on AML related activities. As an Analyst, you will be conducting analysis, validation and compilation of data with a purpose to provide facts about how our AML processes are performing from service delivery performance perspective as well assist on performance and financial planning for related area. This job requires that you are ambitious, self-propelled and excellent with numbers as you will be also responsible for maintaining data accuracy and actively working with development and validation of customer service delivery reports, end-user support and participating in the development of new performance reporting in collaboration with team colleagues. You will be working in the cross field between business users, business analysts and IT developers.
