  • Big Data Analyst

    Big Data Analyst will be responsible for utilizing data analytics to evaluate company’s technical performance and searching for patterns that could indicate new insights and turn those insights into business decisions. Responsibilities: - Large data sets parsing (1TB+) - Integrate data from multiple data sets, analyze and interpret complex data sets and make findings - Design and build the infrastructure for data extraction, preparation, and loading of data from a variety of sources using technology such as SQL and AWS - Build data and analytics tools that will offer deeper insight into the pipeline Įmonė siūlo: - Data mining skills (including data auditing, aggregation, validation and reconciliation) - Demonstrated experience (coursework or professional experience) with databases, SQL (preferably with PostgreSQL) query development - Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (such as R, SAS, SPSS etc.) - AWS or similar experience - Willingness to deal with scalability and real-time data processing issues - Experience working with and extracting value from large, disconnected and/or unstructured datasets - BS degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics - Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential

  • Channel transformation analyst

    About the job Swedbank is in the middle of a large transformation where the bank quickly needs to adapt to fast-paced innovation and change in customer expectations. Digital Banking is in the center of this journey and is enabling and part of driving the change. The CFO team is an integral part of Digital Banking coordinating various activities of high strategic importance. Channel transformation is one of Swedbank's key strategic initiatives. We are on an ongoing journey where our digital channels and tools play a larger part in our customer interactions, and our personal meeting will be transformed into something differently than today. To manage the transformation at the speed required, many units in Swedbank need to contribute, and Digital Banking is one of them. We provide the framework and tools for the change, and also have a responsibility for measurement of data and definitions, as well as follow-up at a Group level. A channel steering model is developed and to succeed we need to develop the capability around measurement and follow-up. Assignment specification Digital Banking's CFO team is now looking for a person that has a high interest in the measurement and follow-up area of channel transformation, and want to take on the responsibility for the Baltics markets. It is a benefit if you have analytical skills and understand the business reality. You need to have a deep understanding for and interest in data and numbers, so that the right logical conclusions are drawn from the analysis. In this role you have the responsibility to: - Collect and analyze channel performance data - Produce reporting based on data and analysis - Provide Finance support to respective Baltic Banking Competence Centre - Pan-Baltic Segment / customer service support coordination in Finance - Functional responsibility over analyst team for Channel area You will work in a matrix organization in close contact with Baltic Banking and other Digital Banking units, such as Channel management.
