Director of Administration, will manage day-to-day administrative, financial, and operational functions of the company. He/she will be working as the main representative of the objectives sat by the projects founders, to which he/she will give the right resources and personnel according to priorities.
The Director will be responsible for developing, establishing, and communicating procedures and providing guidance on these to owners and staff.
The Director of Administration is charged with continuously evaluating the organization’s operations, identifying opportunities to increase effectiveness.
On a daily basis, the Director of Administration will oversee administrative and budgetary operations, authorizing actions, as necessary.
Qualified candidates must have successful experience in working with hospitality/event procedures. Experience in project, budget, and/or human resources management is strongly preferred.
Must demonstrate exceptional professionalism, communication, and organizational skills and operate independently and efficiently with a high degree of accuracy, confidentiality and attention to appropriate presentation and detail.
In brief we are looking for somebody to take deal with finance, licensing, general administration and enquiries.
Main duties may include but will not be restricted to:
Dealing with municipality to get all necessary licences and permits, execute existing contracts
. Handling of beverages inventory: daily, weekly, monthly
. Prepare financial reports
. Overlooking orders to service providers and beer suppliers
. Manage staff schedules and staff paperwork
. Answer telephone questions about participants and visitors
. Reviewing and handling contracts with our events participants
. Reviewing and handling contracts to be signed with our sponsors
. Handling all documents related to hygiene
. Handling other administrative issues as may be required
